Isuzu Amigo Installation Instructions

AMIGO GEN2 – INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. 
Remove soft side & back windows.

 
2.
Remove 3 bolts in trim piece.

 

3. 
Remove these 2 screws in trim piece.

 
4.
Pry this trim piece off with a screwdriver.

 

5. 
Remove the 3rd screw in trim piece.

 
6. 
Open & remove storage box lid.

 

7. 
Remove trim piece.

 
8. 
Remove these 2 bolts & lift off brace.

 

9. 
Ready to install new plastic trim piece.

 
10.  
Install new trim piece & bolt down.

 

11.
Use 2 bolts to secure this piece.

 
12.
Reinstall bolts and tighten.

 

13.  
Before installing top, screw 4 bolts in & out.

 
14.  
Install top & 4 washers & bolts.

 

15.  
Tighten all 4 bolts.


16.  
Install short bolts in the back.


17.  
Secure roof locks.

18.  
Reinstall storage lids and lock.
