Suzuki Samurai Installation Instructions

Rallytop's Suzuki Samurai hard top installation. Also see our Samurai seal replacement instruction guide.

 1. Remove canvas soft top
2. Remove rear bow screws
3. Remove rear bow
4. Remove soft top retainer strips
fiberglass top U-channel
 5. Remove rear assist handles
body seal
 6. Remove soft top retainer on top of windshield
7. Install weather strip
8. Install weather strip above door jam
9. Weather strip installed 10. Add curved weather strip
11. Apply silicone below curved weatherstrip 12. Apply silicone at rear door jam
13. Apply silicone to corner around weartherstrip 14. Install latch hooks in factory holes in the Suzuki windshield frame
15. Using the screws from the assist handles 16. Pull back panel of rear quarter, to allow for installation of clip
17. Remove the second retainer clip from the tail gate. 18. Using a phillips screwdriver, punch a hole inline with the hole in the metal frame
19. Install the supplied nut and bolt and snap panel back into place 20. Install the hardtop
21. Have a second person push down on the Samurai roof 22. Push down on the roof while tightening assist handle bolts
23. Close and lock rear cam-loc into place 24. Adjust cam-loc
25. Close and lock cam-loc
