The side windows and rear hatch are DOT Approved tempered safety glass.

Your Rally Top will come with all the necessary parts to complete your installation. To safely lift and install this hardtop, you will need the assistance of at least one other person.

Follow the instructions and perform the steps in the sequence given. Short cuts to the directions may result in an unsatisfactory installation.

Installation Instructions

Originally marketed under the Geo name by Chevrolet dealers, this four-wheel-drive compact SUV came in a 2-door wagon and 2-door convertible body style.

These little Sport Utility Vehicles were a joint venture between General Motors and Suzuki. The short wheelbase and minimal front and rear overhangs, combined with a well engineered part-time four-wheel-drive system, add up to one tough little bush-whacker.

The 1998 model name was changed from Geo Tracker to Chevy Tracker, but the body style remained unchanged from previous years. In 1999 the body style was changed and it remained the same until 2003, when the model was discontinued.

Shipping

Your Rally Top is usually shipped via Con-Way Freight. They are a nation-wide commercial freight carrier. You will need to be present to accept your Rally Top. Ask Jerry for a tracking number, so that you can arrange for the delivery with your local Con-Way freight terminal. When you sign for your Rally Top, you are also signing that you are receiving it in good condition. So it is very important to open it up, look inside, and if it’s in good condition, sign for it.
