Don’t skip the Pre-Installation instructions. https://www.rallytops.com/installation/jeep-hardtop-preinstall/. The measurement from the windshield to the back of the tub should be 75 & 1/8” on both sides of the windshield. Moving the windshield back to the correct measurement will move the windshield parallel with the front of the half door and top. The top will also have to be moved back.
