Fantastic customer service, decent quality products. I've had the hardtop for my 95 jeep wrangler for 3 years now, still in great condition, though the top is not a perfect fit. I have to really slam one of my doors to get it shut all the way and if it rains too hard, the doors leak at the top.
Last week someone tried to break into my car and broke the driver's side window and it completely shattered. I called customer service and asked what it would take to get one replacement upper door piece (as the upper door pieces are sold as a set online at $700). The lady on the phone - Rhena was super nice and told me to send a picture of the damage. She was extremely prompt at answering my emails and gave me a quote to replace just the window piece itself which saved me hundreds of dollars! I initially contacted them on Monday, they shipped out the piece on Tuesday and I received it on Saturday!! Customer Service is 5 STARS!! It did arrive with a small scuff but I don't really mind that.
Multiple hard top leaks; I’ve had a hard top for less than a year, and my interior has been flooded 3 times so far...in Southern California. On top of that, the in-store “installment” process left irremovable black smudges on the hard top itself. I’ve had to go back multiple times for quick fixes on the leaks, and have dealt with rude service. Overall, it’s been a horrible investment and horrible experience. Not too happy with these guys...
Went in for the 3rd time, talked to the owner (Jerry) directly. He was a super super super great help. He understood my frustration, and was quick to remedy it. He took a look at my hard top himself, and with his best staff, found the problem. Much better experience this time around. Thanks Jerry!
